New Delhi: In an intolerable episode, a man purportedly separated two legs of a puppy after the canine gave him a minor scratch in southwest Delhi’s Dwarka Sector 9.
The Delhi Police has started activity against the blamed, Pramod, under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
The occurrence occurred a week ago when the puppy went into Pramod’s home and the last offered him nourishment, police said. In what might be called love or its excitement, the canine scratched the blame’s leg with a paw. Pramod got furious and conveyed a cutting edge to cleave off the legs of the puppy, said a senior cop.
